Reset: ink absorber full

Hello,

My Brother MFC-J6520DW printer indicates that its ink absorber is full, so I replaced it and followed the reset procedure. However, it still displays "Ink absorber full, see troubleshooting..." and the "Purge" value is indeed at zero.

I would need assistance.

      Check that with Brother's customer service.
