Antenna signal strength pointing canal zero

Hello,
Hello, I have two Canal Wi-Fi 4 black decoders, one for the living room and the other for the bedroom.
The one at the bottom was working well, receiving all the channels, but the one at the top was only receiving part of them.
I called Canal, and they had me reset the decoder, but since that didn’t change anything, they told me it was due to the antenna alignment. So, I went up on the roof with the pointer... indeed, that was it!! But when I removed the pointer and connected directly, nothing at all, no signal either upstairs or downstairs ???????? I can’t seem to find the signal again; I even downloaded the satellite search software, I bought a new dual LNB, the satellite dish is well aligned with the satellite, but neither decoder wants to cooperate.
The image with the kaleidoscope of channels is present.
It’s just the signal that has disappeared.
Do you have any idea what could have happened?

Yes, the guy from Canal had me do a procedure with powering off the decoder, removing the card and then putting it back, pairing the remote control and reinstalling the channels, which I did again after my problem but nothing worked, the channels appear with their numbers on the kaleidoscope but when we press ok to watch, the screen is black and it says antenna pointing no signal... I think I only have to connect the decoder directly with a new cable to the satellite dish from the outside for now since all my wiring goes through the attic...
But it’s really strange that I don’t even get sound when moving the dish with the pointer....
If you have another idea, I'm open to suggestions… Anyway, thank you for taking the time to respond to my issue, that’s really nice
