Automatic antenna pointing issue motorhome

On my motorhome equipped with an automatic Antarrion G5 satellite antenna (which worked perfectly until now), I have a problem with its alignment on Astra 19 TNTSAT. The antenna aligns with other satellites (Astra 23, A.Bird3-Fransat, etc.), but not on Astra 19; the antenna keeps turning without finding this satellite.

    And one more! This forum is filled with problems regarding these motorized mobile antennas, whether fully or semi-automatic, that no longer find their orbital position...

    Take note of the repeatedly reiterated warnings...

    The response is invariably the same: contact the brand's support.

      I reached out and they have NO RESPONSE. So we could talk and remove the obstacles. I can't find an answer!! It's simple! So basically they updated the frequencies or the satellites, I don't know!!! What I do know is that my provider gave me the possibility to update my box via a USB stick that contains a firmware update file, okay??? The LED beeped and everything went well, okay??? Well, still nothing! The antenna can no longer find Astra 19.2° E. Can I get some help, please?

      Alden's response: the SSC case needs to be changed, 400 euros already changed in 2012 for the switch to digital 300 euros
      they have a sense of business!!!!!

      It's best to avoid this kind of non-upgradable and expensive equipment, as has been mentioned many times in the forum.....

      The best setup, which won't break down or become obsolete...., is an articulated arm with a wrench + a dish of at least 60 cm + a pointer, e.g. SF 500 + a portable 12V terminal for Fransat (Eutelsat 5WA) or for Tntsat...(Astra)
