Hello,

I hope you are doing well. The issue with my satellite dish ???? Canal Plus is that since the day it rained, I no longer have a signal. I tried moving the dish but it didn’t help, which is why I am concerned. Thank you and have a great day!

Hello,
For the orientation of the satellite dish, refer to this site:

-Enter your complete address on the left
-Choose the satellite to aim at from the list on the right
-Click on "Search!" next to your address,
-Zoom in on the map with the + button to clearly locate your house
-Place the target at the location of your dish by clicking and dragging, and use a landmark (tree, house) to guide you in both direction and elevation.
At the bottom right of the map, you have the elevation, azimuth, and rotation direction in degrees of the dish's head in its collar (adjustment of skew) on the last line "LNB Skew," which is very important.
Also use the signal strength bars on the decoder by communicating with someone at the screen via phone to fine-tune the adjustment, which should ideally be done with a satellite finder.
