Satellite dish alignment canalsat

Hello,

Big problem for 2 months with the CANALSAT antenna!!
The diagnostics indicate no signal and "please check reception"
I have done a reset, reinstallation, bought another antenna and it still bugs
The TV works for 1 hour then goes black (the channels are well installed)
HELP I'm freaking out!!!

Configuration: Windows / Firefox 50.0

    If it works well for 1 hour, then there is a problem with the decoder, you're talking about Canal Sat on the Astra satellite, right?

      Good evening;
      Thank you for responding so quickly. It’s not the decoder, CANAL SAT just sent me a new one.
      However, I don’t understand what you mean by the ASTRA satellite???
      I’ve done some research on the forums, and it could also be a problem with the dish (off alignment or wear on the dish's LNB).
      Could you tell me if that might be the issue?
