Hello,
Bouygues B&you plan.
When the mobile is turned off, the caller hears the message, "The phone of your correspondent is not currently available; please call back later."
No option to leave a message.
When the mobile is turned on, incoming calls work properly, and if not answered, the voicemail activates, allowing the caller to leave a message.
Do you have an explanation and a solution?

P.S. My bills are paid regularly, and the Huawei Y6 2018 mobile seems to be functioning correctly...
