When I get called, it goes straight to my voicemail. Why?

Hello
For some time now, when someone tries to call me, the caller immediately goes to my voicemail without my iPhone 6 even ringing. Could you please tell me what the problem might be?

    Good evening,

    To check if the problem is indeed with your phone, please verify the following:

    1 - If a SIM card is properly inserted in your phone
    2 - If you have network connection
    3 - If you haven't accidentally blocked the contact
    4 - If you are not in "Do Not Disturb" mode
    5 - If the "Call Forwarding" feature is not activated in the additional settings under the Calls category.

    This may likely resolve your issue.
