The voicemail is not triggering.

Hello! I have a Free subscription on my phone and I've been having a little issue for a few days. My voicemail is no longer triggering and when I dial *#61# it shows me  Call forwarding if no answer Voice: not forwarded Data: not forwarded Fax: not forwarded SMS: not forwarded Synchronize: not forwarded Async: not forwarded Packet: not forwarded PAD: not forwarded  However, to my knowledge, I have not activated call forwarding, nor deactivated my voicemail... What is the way to reactivate it? Thank you in advance for your help.

Hello! Yes, I went to check and it tells me vocally that everything is active, but there is no way to set whether or not this voicemail is activated, just to make changes to the messages.

bonjour #61# : Allows you to activate call forwarding. So by typing this code, you have activated it by the way, it tells you: Call forwarding if no answer the problem is that you haven't indicated a number to forward to in case of no response  you need to deactivate all this and simply configure your voicemail, then normally it will be activated by default but if not, activate it check on your mobile space and log in with your credentials (be careful, not the same as your Free account (Freebox)

I haven't found any solution! I went to my Free mobile account and the voicemail seemed to be disabled, but ever since I reactivated it, it still doesn't work. Otherwise, as mentioned above, after doing #61#, the message indicates: Call forwarding if no answer Service disabled And I changed my answering machine when I reactivated it on my Free mobile account. But nothing has changed, the answering machine still doesn't trigger...
