Ah, Ah,
Well, I have the answers.........lol
So to talk to him "in person" but... without him being able to interrupt you(!); you can leave a (voice) Message on his Voicemail but without the risk of him answering!!
Here's how:
You need to (first) know his number (that's the minimum) AND know HIS operator (Orange, SFR...) - If you don't know, ask his Ex! (Otherwise I know there are lists...)
Because if he is an ORANGE subscriber, then DO this: 06 80 80 80 80
or if he is an SFR subscriber, then you need to dial 06 1000 1000.
or Bouygues 06 60 66 0001
In all 3 cases, just follow the instructions from the automated system which will ask you to dial HIS number... and Voila, you will land on his Voicemail (without it ringing HIS phone)
Of course, afterwards he will receive a sound message or SMS to notify him that he has a "New Voicemail Message" on his PHONE... and he will scratch his head like "Well... I don't understand, my phone didn't ring?!?"
Looking forward to it!
