This morning (December 1, 2021), I checked the parcel tracking site parcelapp and saw that my package was delivered to the recipient in France, apparently on November 30, 2021. However, I have nothing in my mailbox and when I call Colis Privé, they tell me they do not have the package in their possession.
If someone could clarify this for me, it would be helpful

It's normal that there's nothing in your inbox:
A Pick Up Drop Off (PUDO) point is a location, usually a store or a local distribution point, that serves as a parcel drop-off within a larger network of collection and drop-off points.
Now it's just a matter of finding out where this PUDO is... Check with the sender..
