Hello,
I recently have an issue with the scroll wheel of my mouse. Often, when I turn the wheel, it causes scrolling in the opposite direction than intended. This results in a very chaotic navigation of pages where I have to scroll several times in the same direction with very annoying backtracking. It's become so complicated at times that it's really difficult to scroll a page without using the scrollbar.
I've tried a lot of things to solve the problem:
- cleaning the optical sensor of the wheel;
- searching for and installing the latest version of the driver;
- installing G Hub...
A total fail.
Do you have any ideas?
Thank you for any responses you may have and for the time you've taken to write them!

Uninstall G Hub and install OMM https://www.touslesdrivers.com/index.php?v_page=3&v_code=7900 to see if the issue comes from G Hub.

You should check in the device manager which driver is associated with your mouse. If it's a Windows generic driver, you need to disconnect from the internet, uninstall the driver from the device manager, and then install the Logitech driver. I had a similar problem with my GPU. Win10 installs a generic driver when there isn't one, so that you can use the hardware. By disconnecting, you prevent it from using Windows Update. After that, you can associate the correct driver for your mouse. Honestly, I'm not sure it will work, but that's what I would try.
