Hello,
I have version 23.0 of Ciel Gestion Commerciale. After changing my operating system from Windows 8 Pro to Windows 10 Pro, I am unable to register my software with Ciel.
Despite my multiple follow-ups with the software publisher through my customer account at Ciel, I have received no response.
My software is almost functioning in demo mode. I no longer have access to all the essential features of the software....
I no longer have access to the software settings, and I can't customize my client documents....

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 95.0.4638.69

    Hello,

    A similar question was asked recently, with the intervener having formatted their disk, but the principle is the same.

    It emerged that Sage washes its hands of whether the client has a valid key or not and simply offers a (paid) update through its subscription packages.

    Hello Brucine,

    That's exactly what I understood.
    On several occasions, I contacted Sage's customer service. But each time, the person I was speaking with put me on hold to connect me with the right resource meant to resolve the issue, but there was never anyone available and the call would automatically disconnect.
    I find this behavior from Sage very disrespectful towards us as customers.
