Fans not lighting up in RGB

Hello everyone, I just bought a PC and I have a problem,
My RGB fans Stella hp 120 cf don’t light up... but they are spinning!
Can you help me please??

Hello,

How exactly is it connected and to which motherboard precisely? You may just need to configure them via dedicated software, or are they connected to ports that do not support RGB?
