My Freebox player won’t turn on anymore

Hello,
since yesterday I have been without TV, no signal due to a power outage, storm, I have a landline that works, internet too, and no TV!! I tried your "turtle" mode, dry eyes and nothing, I reported it by creating an incident ticket!! I am waiting!! What do you think, is the Freebox dead?

Hello,
It’s possible that the Freebox TV is faulty or that its power supply unit is simply burned out.
