Unable to install Office XP Service Pack 3 recurring update.

Hello,
Windows 10 20H2
I have an update "Office XP Service Pack 3" that cannot be installed. It downloads a bit and produces an error 0x80096004 every day.
In previous versions of Windows 10, it was possible to block a specific update so that it wouldn't download anymore, without blocking others.
But in this version, that option no longer exists. How can I permanently stop this one update?

    Delete all the content in C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download

    And try again.

      You can install version 21H1

      Although 21H2 is coming out soon, you'd better wait a little bit

      To upgrade without data loss, use the tool to create a minimum 8GB USB drive to update, repair, or reinstall Windows:

      https://www.microsoft.com/fr-fr/software-download/windows10

      If you already have the Windows ISO file, which you can also download with the tool, you can create your USB stick with Rufus

      If the PC is old, you need to create the drive in MBR mode

      If it is recent (Windows 8 or higher), in GPT mode

      Uninstall any installed antivirus or firewall and restart

      Click on setup.exe in the USB drive.

      It is possible without a USB drive, but if something goes wrong, you won't have a lifebuoy.

        after deleting all the contents of the folder C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download, will this infamous Office XP Service Pack 3 update not come back?
