Bluetooth connection issue JBL T460BT on Xiaomi Redmi Note 9

Hello, I have a problem with my JBL T460BT Bluetooth headset,
when I connect it to my Xiaomi Redmi Note 9,
it connects and then disconnects right after by itself when I play a song or a video.
So I reconnect, but it keeps disconnecting every time I reconnect and play the music or video. However, my phone connects perfectly well to other Bluetooth devices like AirPods for example. My headset also connects very well to other devices like my tablet for instance. I've tried unpairing the headset from the phone and re-pairing it, but it still continues.
If anyone has a solution to my problem, thank you for responding :)

If your JBL T460BT headset is recent (Warranty - 2 years), return it to where you bought it for an exchange or a refund.
