Bluetooth sound issue Xiaomi

Hello,
I have a Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, and I recently acquired Jabra Elite 85T wireless earbuds. The issue is that the sound is very weak over Bluetooth. I’ve tried these earbuds with my Chromebook and my wife’s One Plus 6, and they work perfectly, so the problem must be with my Xiaomi.
I have done quite a bit of research on forums and tried changing many things, particularly through the developer options ("absolute volume", "Bluetooth AVRCP version to 1.6", the codecs)
I’ve also tried switching to the INDIA region, and nothing works...
Does anyone have a solution, please?
