Hello,

I have just acquired the above-mentioned headset.
Everything works, but once fully charged, the red light keeps blinking continuously; is this normal?
Can the headset be turned off while charging?
The manual is very brief and does not provide any instructions or guidance on "malfunctions" or questions one may have regarding proper operation.

Thank you for your assistance.

Configuration: Android / Chrome 94.0.4606.85

Hello,
Excerpt from the notice on page FR2:
Place the headset on the transmitter's charging cradle.
The red LED lights up, indicating that the batteries are charging.
Once the batteries are fully charged, the transmitter switches to maintenance charge.
The LED blinks slowly

Thank you very much, you answered my question.
Apparently, it is not possible to get a free manual?

Hello

My headset also blinks when the batteries are charged. However, the old headset of the same brand had the red light stay on from the start of the purchase.

So if we want the blinking to stop once the headset batteries are charged...
just remove the headset from its stand and of course, if it isn’t already the case, switch the headset off.

The flickering, if it's normal, doesn't bother me. I was afraid of a malfunction.
Thank you again.
Have a good evening.

Does the headset work or not?

Yes, everything works, the sound comes through well in the headset. It’s just this issue of the light flashing red constantly when I put the headset on the stand while it’s charged that concerns me, and the fact that I don’t know if I should turn the headset off when I’m not using it.

I don't know whether I should turn the headset off when I'm not using it
The answer is yes.

But this post can help, because even if the underlying issue is not the same, it talks about the same problem of red blinking.

Hello
I have the model 120 which is almost identical and works very well (I have two of them).
In principle, it charges on the dock whether it's on or off, but out of habit, we turn it off as soon as we’re no longer using it and therefore set it back on its dock.
It’s easy with the small switch, and it’s actually recommended in the user manual for your model.
Best regards

Thank you very much, that's what I did.
I didn't find the complete manual, just a quick guide: 4 pages
Have a nice day

The user manual is not more complete (neither is mine) simply because there is not much to describe. This headset has 3 buttons, each with a unique function. + The base to plug in (2 wires).
It's difficult to make a 10-page manual for 3 functions :-)

Except that I don't know why the red light on the base keeps flashing continuously even when the headset is charged.

It could be that the sound from the headphone output is not set high enough (settings on the TV), as a minimum output level is required for proper functioning.

In modern TVs, there is a menu on the TV that allows you to adjust the headphone output level (Headphone Output) individually.

I didn't mention that the red light flashes when the headset is placed on the base, not when it is in use.
My TV is from 2009.
