I am unable to start and set up my Ardoiz tablet ordered and paid for at the Post Office... neither with the 3/4 G key nor via WiFi. Error message: your tablet is connected to the Internet but our system does not recognize it.

What is this tablet... that is sold upfront... and then requires a monthly payment...
Moreover, it uses 4G so a SIM card subscription...
You have to pay to get what all tablets do without paying anything other than the purchase price...
It seems to me to be bordering on a scam for seniors...
Of course, there is no technical information about this device on their site...
