Hello,

I ordered sneakers almost 2 months ago from the myluxeparis website and I still haven't received anything. I can't reach anyone and my follow-ups remain unanswered. How can I get my money back?

3- Certain rules must be followed before ordering from a site:

1- Check if there are reviews online.
2- Verify at the bottom of the page if the mandatory legal notices are present, see THIS PAGE.
Simple rule: NO LEGAL NOTICES, DO NOT ORDER.
3- Check if a postal address is provided, as well as a phone number and email to contact the site in case of a problem.

Hello everyone,

I tried to initiate a chargeback but my bank does not allow it and there is no recourse even with my Visa Premier.
Honestly, I wouldn't recommend anyone to order anything from this site. The information for creating the site gives a phone number belonging to a third party, the name of the person is that of a football player... there's nothing serious about this... If I ever receive something, I will come back to report it on the site, but for now, there’s no sound and no image...
I know it seems attractive, but don't order anything from this site.

It's difficult for young people not to order when they're unable to go out and shop in stores; they don't always check if these are reputable sites.

I ordered a pair for 50 euros on the My Luxe Paris site 5 days ago. I only read the comments after placing the order and seeing the reviews, I'm really worried. Am I going to receive my pair or not? I'm really stressed because this will be the 3rd time I get scammed. I already lost 15 euros.

It’s pointless. I went to the Neuilly police station two weeks ago to try to file a complaint, and they clearly told me that I could file a complaint but that it wouldn’t go very far, but mostly I would be exposed to legal action and a fine because I ordered counterfeit items... Talk about a joke! I still managed to get refunded by pushing a bit; I got a phone number, you call and they refund you 2 or 3 days later. The worst part of the story is that after being refunded, I did receive the ordered items, but not on time; nothing works on this site, I think they should reconsider a lot of things. Anyway, the story ends well for me.

I sent a little email this morning to ask them for information and haven't heard back since.. I don't have a good feeling about this.. I'm going to wait a bit, but even on the site it's impossible to see the status of the order, it's weird. I should have checked the reviews before buying, I'm so disappointed. Luckily it's a 50 euro order, but I'm fearing the worst, we'll see.

On their site, there is nothing, no legal notices (which are mandatory), no email, no phone number, just an online form—nothing at all.

If you have been waiting for your package for less than 90 days, read MY FIRST MESSAGE, it contains all the solutions for getting a refund from your bank or via PayPal depending on the payment method you used. If you ordered recently, it's important to know that these kinds of products often come from China and can take 3 to 5 weeks to arrive.

Hi, I wanted to respond to your comment about this site. As for me, I ordered in June and I received my package, but a month later. I had trouble contacting them, but they eventually responded, telling me that delivery times were longer due to COVID, etc.

They offered me a partial refund for the wait, so all's well that ends well!

Anyway, be patient, your order will probably arrive, even though I agree that they could have warned about such long delivery times instead of displaying 3 to 5 days.. Don't hesitate to ask for a little something for the wait. ✌????

Oh, that reassures me. Do you really think it’s worth waiting? Because on their site it says Payment validated but delivery 'Not processed,' and that’s what worries me...

Replica = reproduction = copy and in no way 'original'... It's a soft and modest equivalent for 'counterfeit'...

This is punishable by law. The site myluxeparis is not only anonymous (No legal mentions...) but illegal... It is certainly outside jurisdiction given the risks involved...

They choose at QUIL where they send their packages... too bad I didn't inquire beforehand because it's too late, I've already ordered, there's no turning back, and there are also comments on the site.
