Hello,

I recently purchased a laptop, but it's missing some drivers.

I don't have the driver for the fingerprint sensor, nor for the micro-SD card reader. The drivers from the HP website aren't working, and I can't create a ticket on HP support.

I'm getting desperate,

P.S. In the device manager, nothing appears, (not even in unknown devices)

Can you help me?
