Hello,
I just bought a TCL QLED 715 TV and the remote control is not working; the screen remains on the language selection, (new batteries provided, tried with others) but no results. In the manual, I didn't see any information about pairing the two; apparently, the recognition happens directly after inserting the batteries. I think it's defective, but being new, it’s still ridiculous. Anyway, if you have any ideas, thank you. Best regards.

The problem did not come from the remote control but from the TV receiver, no manipulation possible without the remote control, so it went back to Electro Depot, it must have had an issue from the start, it was the last one anyway, to spare you the struggle of having it taken back after a whole afternoon with 3 round trips, since they don't answer the phone, trying for over 10 minutes each time, on the other hand, TCL's customer service answers in less than 30 seconds, attentive in any case. Question closed.
