Hello,

My landline phone is completely silent, no tones from the keys, it charges but I can't make or receive calls. Can you help me, thank you

    which ones are present on your device's screen?
    Please specify if any are flashing.

    If your device is connected to a box, reset it.
    To do this, cut the power supply to the box for one minute, then turn it back on.

    Hello on the screen at the top left there is a small umbrella after the glasses at the bottom left 3 squares and completely to the right 2 small cards but no internal or external ringing despite the programs with ok and no beep tones from the keys which are on

      It seems there's a lot of trouble with your phone devices...
      Where is this phone connected? A box? A standard outlet?

      Is the "umbrella" blinking or not...?
      The glasses = message(s) on the answering machine.
      No icons representing the battery charge at the top right???

    Yes and no for recharging it currently I did it directly on a breeze but still it is not charging the umbrella does not blink yes there is the icon that represents battery charging it blinks but does not change because it is not charging
