Problem with Logicom 150 phone

Hello, I can't get the caller numbers to show up on my Logicom Soly S150 phone. I've reset it but it's still the same.

    Is your phone connected to a box ???
    What is your operator?
    Have you subscribed to the "Caller ID" service?

    Yes, it is connected to the Orange box and I have subscribed to caller ID.

    If you open the Call Log where, according to the notice, you must find in memory the last 10 received calls

      So I guess I just have to try turning off the power on the Livebox and turning it back on after about ten seconds...
