unlock my landline phone "logicom 850" Solved

Hello,

Since yesterday my landline phone is blocked; it shows "BLOCKED" on the phone's screen. How can I unblock the phone... however, the line is active, I receive calls, but I can't make any because the phone is blocked... otherwise, apart from that, the internet and television are working fine....

Hello! I don't understand and I'm not familiar with your device specifically. I went to FT and found its manual in PDF: http://www.agence.francetelecom.com/php/vfrance/esav/fichiers_pdf/logicom/riva850.pdf It doesn't do Internet or TV (are you mixing subjects on CCM?)... Your phone, if it's indeed yours, is currently protected by a PIN code, or perhaps a second code... No, that's it, I was able to read a bit of the little manual for this phone, it's not very complicated, I quote:
3-8 Lock/Unlock the keypad
Locking the keypad prevents the accidental dialing of a number.
When the keypad is locked, "LOCKED" and the icon " " display on the screen.
a) Lock the keypad
• The handset is idle (no dial tone).
• Press the key then the “*” key on the alphanumeric keypad.
• The keypad is locked, all keys are inactive except the key
• "LOCKED" and the icon " " display on the screen
b) Unlock the keypad
• The keypad is locked
• "LOCKED" and the icon " " are displayed on the screen
• Press the key then the “*” key on the alphanumeric keypad.
• "UNLOCKED" briefly displays on the screen.
• The keypad is unlocked, all keys are active.
This is a common operation I think. Stop sleeping unfaithfully with your phone (unexpected tapping on the feverish keyboard and unexpected results kicking you out...): ))

Hello everyone,
I had the same problem with my Logicom Riva 850 and I have a solution to suggest.
My problem was that the phone was locked, with a small "key" icon on the screen, and the unlocking procedure (pressing menu then star quickly) didn’t work.
I tried a few things and here’s what worked:
I called the Riva with my mobile phone, without answering the Riva, then I hung up my mobile.
Right after that, I pressed menu then star again, and it worked... maybe it was the call from my mobile that "woke up" the Riva...
There you go, I hope this works for you too.
