Hello, I bought a Logicom 250, I can receive calls but I can't make calls. Does anyone know the reason? Thank you.

Configuration: Windows XP / Internet Explorer 7.0

    I have the tone when I press the phone key, it's a wireless phone, and then I dial my number, but even when I dial my number and then press the call key, it doesn't work, it rings busy, but the tone sounds normal. I hope you understand, it's not easy to explain. I will read your emails when I get home from work around 8:30 PM, thank you very much.

    Hello....

    What happens when you call...?
    On some phones, you dial the number first and then take the line, while on others, it's the opposite: you take the line first and at the end of dialing, the call is initiated....

      I dial my phone number and then no sound; my calls do not get through.
      My Logicom Soly250 does not ring, I do not receive any calls, no tone;

    Thank you very much for your information. I will take my phone to my sister's house to see if it works there. That's kind of you. I'll keep you updated. Bye.

    Well, I pick up my phone, I hear the dial tone, I dial my number, and then it always rings busy. I'm with Alice Box and they told me my line was working fine, but I receive calls without a problem. Thank you for taking part in my issue, it's kind of you.

    Do you have the tone WITHOUT pressing a key or taking the line?

    I understand your response well; it is clear. However, I do not understand what is happening...
    You are connected to a box, I suppose... which operator?
    If it is a box, have you properly plugged the phone into the ANALOG socket of the box, and have you used a filter?
    I would advise you to take your phone to someone else and try it: it will narrow down the problem to either your phone or your installation (line, box...)
    Best regards,
    See you later
