Hello,
I just replaced the cartridges and I have the following message: "no toner: open the top cover and install the cartridge." I don't understand because the cartridges show up as full on the screen.
The cartridge supplier told me to "set them to High Capacity." I performed the operation for all four cartridges... and I still get the same message.
Do you have a solution?

Hello, these are surely compatible cartridges, which should be avoided because they cause a lot of problems; they are not always recognized, the toner is often of poor quality, and they may completely damage the printer (toner leakage, marks...), and the printer's warranty will no longer be valid.
It’s better to use cartridges from the brand, as they will be recognized from the start, and the print quality will be better.
