Unintended blue background printing

Hello,

Epson Stylus Color 860 printer on shared network with PC running XP

On PC Vista, printing a document in Open Office Writer = OK black letters on white paper

On PC Vista, printing an internet invoice = printing with a blue background!!!!!

On PC XP, printing a Word document = OK black letters on white paper

On PC XP, printing a scanned image visible in black and white = printing with a blue background!!!!!

I checked the print settings and nothing works; I still get the same results, which are wasting my blue ink.

    options,

    Open Office Writer,

    printing,

    uncheck background,

    apparently the problem is solved.

    Hello again,

    New attempt with a black and white image imported into OpenOffice Writer = printing with a blue background.

    So in summary, every image is printed with a blue background while a text file is printed normally without a background;

    But where is this setting and in which software ?????
