Unwanted zoom with the mouse

Hello,

I have a laptop and I accidentally zoomed in while trying to move the mouse, it zoomed in a lot and I can't get it to go back. 
Configuration: Windows 7 Internet Explorer 8.0

    Hold down the Ctrl key and use your mouse wheel; it usually affects the zoom.
