unwanted zoom with the mouse

Hello,  I have a laptop and I accidentally zoomed in while trying to move the mouse, it zoomed in a lot and I can't get it to go back.

But what if we don't have a scroll wheel mouse, just a touch mouse? Unfortunately, I've gone too far back and sometimes I manage but it happens randomly (I have a NOTEBOOK).

If you don't have a scroll wheel mouse, hold down the Ctrl key and at the same time press the + or - keys as needed.
