Hello, I placed an order for "sujok" for €8.69, my account was charged by Aliexpress Luxembourg on August 21, 2021, but my order is nowhere to be found, I never received any confirmation nor the product.
How can I contact customer service or get a refund?

Interestingly, it's after my order that Aliexpress sends me emails to offer its products!!!
I was surprised not to receive any confirmation, not even in the spam, nothing!! It was by checking my bank account that I noticed the charge!!!
Impossible to get any information on the site... and I've noticed that several people are in the same situation as me. I will wait a week after which I will ask my bank to cancel this credit card charge.
No way to send them an email, so their robot is useless.

It is possible that you did not receive a confirmation email, as some Marketplace sellers do not send them, but not having your order in the list of ongoing orders on the Aliexpress website is not normal...

Personally, I finally managed to retrieve my orders by logging in with my phone number and password instead of my email address. If it can help someone...
My order 8201358890833642 paid by credit card on 06/16/2025 for 91097 USD or 80.06 euros. I would like to return it, as I have not received my order, please. Regards. ****** ******* (Identity removed by Moderation).
