Hello, I placed my first order on AliExpress, but after 24 hours when I check the order tracking, the status is "order closed"... Have I been charged? Where does it come from? Is the order canceled?

Normally this means that you have canceled the order or that you have received the products. Contact the seller to find out more or go to the Aliexpress site and scroll down to the bottom to customer service, have your order number ready and ask your question.

Hello, I placed an order on AliExpress and immediately after paying, I received this reminder: "We have closed this order for account security reasons. Please place a new order or remove the coupon and try again." The status shows "completed." I was charged on PayPal, but I still don't understand why I received this message. I can't cancel it, etc., as if I had confirmed the order, but I'm not sure what happened when I was paying. I contacted the seller to ask when they would ship the order; I wrote in English, and they have left me on read. Now I can't find out if my order is being processed or if that means it is canceled.
