Hello,
I have a TNT decoder XIL RS 3240 that has been working normally for several years. For a few days now, the channels change one after another without me having to select them with the remote control. This lasts for several minutes at times and then eventually stabilizes on a random channel that I have not selected. Thank you for your response. Best regards.
Configuration: Macintosh / Safari 13.1.2

Good evening,
We should consider a reset through the menu as a first step....

It seems that the card has been demagnetized. After rubbing it on a synthetic fabric, it works again. What about this demagnetization? Next time there's an alert, I will reset it. Thank you.
