AXIL RS 3270 decoder not responding

good evening
the axil decoder is not finding a signal
last week (Thursday evening) I turned off my decoder which was working fine
on Friday when I turned it back on the message said "no signal"
since then I have tried everything but nothing works
even a complete channel search shows a box that says "TRANSPONDER"
then "NO SIGNAL DETECTED"
I unplugged it and plugged it back in but nothing changes
does anyone have a solution to suggest!!

Always the same procedure regardless of the terminal, brand, bouquet, or satellite, first check all sensitive points of the antenna installation on Astra... > satellite reception diagnostic help...
Also check with Axil customer support
Note: this terminal may possibly no longer work next year if CanalSat Canal +, for options see the list of Canal Ready certified compatible terminals 2017 such as the Axil RS 4210, RS 4220...
If only TNTsat, no compatibility issues...
