Hello,

Like SCIPIO, I bought a TNT decoder of the Axil RS3240 brand with a TNT satellite access card Astra 19°2. Despite multiple attempts (antenna / remote control), I can't find a single free French digital channel. At the end of the search, only a few foreign channels (9) appear.
The signal level is good (100%), the quality (75 to 80%).

Settings were made using a compass and protractor. Card validity is June 2018.

How do I adjust the settings on the remote control if that could be the issue?

Thank you for your help. Best regards, Matojari

Configuration: Windows 7 / Chrome 35.0.1916.153

It is not a TNT decoder (T= Terrestrial) but a satellite demodulator... Is the dish correctly aimed at Astra 19°East and not at a nearby satellite?
What are the 9 foreign channels detected...
Is the card properly inserted and fully seated in its reader?

Hello Gil

The memorized channels are:
BT new 2
BR new 2
MB SmartCast Test 01
TV 8
SLAGR TV
TV Régina

The card is inserted according to the RS 3240 manual
Have a nice day

as feared, pointing error = wrong satellite, Astra 3B 23.5°E, a bar graph indicating good quality, high %, proves nothing, we have the same problems with antenna pointers whose parameters are not the ones that should have been properly chosen beforehand..

Review the orientation of the dish = Astra 1 19°E, by rotating the dish a little more towards the West..
