CPU Startup Impossible

Hello,

Config: R5 7600X / MSI B850M GAMING PLUS WIFI 6E / 32GB (2x16) ddr5 6000MHz Lexar Thor z RGB / watercooling one fan Thermalright 360mm / RX6700XT

Issue: The fans turn on and spin, the motherboard shows the LEDs:

RED: CPU

Orange-DRAM

Tests performed:

One RAM stick, test with the other on different slots

Clear BIOS/clear CMOS with the button and with JBAT1

With only the CPU and one RAM plugged in

BIOS flash performed

    Hello

    Dismantle and reassemble the processor. How was the thermal paste installed?

    Are the CPU dedicated power connectors properly connected?
