Hello,

I want to reconfigure my CTP18 tablet to the MeetingBar A20 in our meeting room. At the start, we could control the meetings (volume, speaker switch, etc.) via the tablet, but for a while now we can't manage anything.

I did a reset but I am stuck on a blank page on the tablet.

Could you assist me?

    Hello,

Try to hold the Reset button located behind the tablet for about 10 seconds, then release it when the screen goes black and let it restart without touching anything, and see if it restarts.

I did the RESET but it remains stuck on the white interface for selecting a meeting room, and I don’t see anything to press

      Re,

This means that the firmware of your tablet does not load the Teams interface.

Try unplugging the power supply of your CTP18 Tablet completely, then hold the Reset button + the Power button for 15 seconds, but release only when the screen goes completely black and let it reboot completely for one to two minutes.

Also verify the compatibility of the firmware.

I’ll try again and I’ll get back to you if nothing changes in the results.

Could you assist me with the connection between the MEETINGBAR A20 and the CTP18 tablet? I managed to pair the devices. However on the tablet I still don’t see the normal interface. It remains blank and it asks me to choose a meeting room even though I don’t see anything. I should note that I already performed the reset of the tablet, which still brings me back to the blank page FOR SELECTING THE MEETING ROOM.

      Re,

Your CTP18 tablet must be connected to the same VLAN as the MeetingBar.

In a meeting room, it is usually the network that blocks discovery.

For the MeetingBar, go to Settings then Device then Network and make a note of the IP address.

For the CTP18, go to Settings then Network and verify that it is in the same IP range, because if not your tablet will not be able to switch interfaces.

        Hello,

This is a complex and expensive professional equipment; isn’t there any support?

There is no virtual VLAN but a plain physical LAN, the connection is made by Ethernet and the tablet has no reason in these conditions to not recognize the IP of the conference device which otherwise can be entered manually, except of course hardware malfunction in part of the chain or its connectors.

The exception seems to be MeetingBar in Teams version where each end must be connected to the same Microsoft account.
