Hello everyone,
About two weeks ago, I treated myself to a high-end gaming PC. Given the limited stock and outrageous prices of components, I opted for a pre-built desktop. I chose the Predator Orion 5000 PO5-615s, which features: Intel i7 10700K, RTX 3080 10GB, 35 GB of RAM, 1TB SSD, and 1TB HDD.
Everything was going well until I experienced a major freeze during a gaming session in Sea of Thieves that forced me to restart the PC by holding down the power button. The PC continued to ventilate and the lights were still on, just like my keyboard and mouse, but nothing responded and there was no way to unlock it. This happened while playing different games, sometimes after 2 hours, 4 hours, or even after an hour following an initial freeze.
This has occurred almost every day. I performed various tests to try to identify the source of the problem. I reinstalled Windows three times because I encountered critical software errors during installation. I completed all updates for Windows, each component individually, and the BIOS. But nothing helped...
I tested the components, RAM with the Windows diagnostic, OCCT tests, but found nothing alarming or noteworthy to explain the freezing issue in Windows.
I'm a bit lost, and given the price of the PC, I definitely prefer to get a refund immediately rather than keep it if the problem is hardware-related.
Thank you for your help in advance!

Hello. Type RELIABILITY in Cortana, confirm the first choice.
Select a day with errors and publish the screenshot.

Here is the screenshot. The critical error announced is precisely on the day I had to reboot the PC after a freeze, but no errors explain why Windows is glitching.

Indeed, no convincing explanation. Look into the graphics card.
Check the drivers here:
https://www.nvidia.com/fr-fr/geforce/drivers/

It's done! We'll see in the game how it reacts. But what bothers me is not knowing where the problem comes from. It occurs randomly and is not listed anywhere. So I can't even check it right away...
At least I could target whether it's hardware or software. If it's hardware, I'll send the PC back; if it's software, I'll find the issue eventually.

There might be more information in the event manager.

Right-click on "Windows logs", "System" then right-click and "Save all events as..." save the evtx file on a file-sharing site and provide the link.

Hello.
Sorry, I didn't get the site's notification.
Among the errors:
There is a problem with NVIDIA. You need to check that all drivers are up to date by downloading them only from the manufacturer's website (avoid sites like touslesdrivers). For your PC, they can be found here: https://www.acer.com/ac/fr/FR/content/support-product/8557?b=1 Do all of them.
Your Killer network card has a bad driver (check online). Try uninstalling the driver to see if W10 installs a generic driver.
Update the BIOS (making sure to follow the instructions, especially no power cuts or unexpected shutdowns).
If you have network storage space, it seems to be unavailable at times.

Hello. Sorry, as far as I'm concerned, I don't see anything else. Try a reinstallation of W10, making sure to note the errors; it's not normal to have errors during installation.

Hello, the problem is that I am already on the 3rd installation of Windows 10 and nothing works, the bug is still there. I am going to send it back to Acer because this is not normal..
I have the impression that the event report does not display the cause of the freeze in its report.
I wonder if it's not hardware-related..
