How to access the BIOS on an Acer? Solved

Hello,   I need to disable my integrated graphics card in the BIOS. How can I access the BIOS on an Acer Aspire T135-S97Z?? Thank you in advance DomConfiguration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 7.0

To those who want to access the BIOS of ACER 5742 or others whose BIOS access key is disabled, you need to enable it by pressing F2 at startup and selecting setup. In the menu, choose MAIN and then enable the F12 boot menu, it should be set to [enabled] ==> save & exit, restart and access the BIOS with F12!!!!!

It should be F12 normally. Otherwise, try all the F1 to F12 keys.

Press the F12 key during the startup of the computer (when it displays Acer or something like that). Press it several times until you enter the BIOS. If that doesn't work, try the F1 to F12 keys. It should work.

Hi,

I can't guarantee it, but on mine it's F2.
What I'm sure of is that you need to be quick. Look carefully at startup, normally it's displayed in the bottom left corner of your screen. Anyway, if it's not F2, that's where you'll find a message like:

Press F(number) to enter setup

press the indicated key as soon as the message appears, then wait a few seconds and voila, you should be directly in the BIOS.

So I spent all last night trying to access the BIOS of an Acer Aspire V5 571..

F2, F12, Delete at boot, forget it, it doesn't work

After hours of trying, I found on a forum the combination Alt + F10 at boot => I finally access the repair menu

I'll make it short, but nothing worked in this menu

Restoration, reinitialization, etc.. everything crashes midway => so no more Windows boot, the Acer welcome screen restarts every 2 minutes and nothing responds => now it's starting to smell bad
