Hello, I'm reaching out to your site to find out how to permanently delete a personal document in LibreOffice Writer and OpenOffice.     Certainly, the recycle bin is the most direct way to delete a file. However, if it concerns sensitive documents that we want to prevent from being fraudulently extracted using specialized recovery software like Recuva, it is advisable to use a utility such as:

    In this case, the deletion is irreversible.
