Hello,
I am self-employed and I send my quotes and invoices by email, which I create using LibreOffice Calc. I am desperately looking for a way to protect the documents from copying/pasting because one day a client modified the amount of the quote after a claim to get refunded more by their insurer. In the meantime, I convert files to PDF format online using this site:
https://tools.pdf24.org/fr/convertisseur-pdf
but I admit it takes longer… if you have any other solutions.
Thank you in advance

Hello,
with LibreOffice, there is the option to save directly as a PDF.
To save as read-only, I found this method: file > properties > security > open the file as read-only. Save the changes.
Rename it to keep the original file editable. You send the protected file to the person.

Hello
It's simpler, indeed: You click Print, and select the printer PDF; that will create a new file in PDF format ...
