the logic would suggest printing on "parchment" paper instead
it's available commercially
if it's just for screen display, you should find in the color palette the "custom" shade that matches what you want, or find another palette (online) that contains that shade

Hello,
I assume this is a .odt. In that case, we can uniformly yellow the document simply by changing the background color.
(to achieve a gradient, a texture, etc., the document needs to be processed as an image)
