Bonjour. Je n'arrive pas à retirer ma cartouche noire de mon imprimante Le chariot support de cartouche est bloqué à droite (mon ordi est un APPLE MAC)

Selon le manuel... https://ij.manual.canon/ij/webmanual/Manual/M/MB5000%20series/FR/BG/bg-ink1000.html celle-ci doit être sous tension.
