Devolo DLAN 500 WiFi Issues

Hello,
For some time now, I've been having wifi problems, with random ping spikes. I have a devolo DLAN 500 wifi that I've had for a few years, and I thought it might be the cause, but I wasn't sure. (The doubt arose from the fact that the "home" indicator has been blinking for a long time). So today, I decided to reset the main adapter and pair it again (I'm not really knowledgeable about this), I followed the instructions online. But now my main adapter is blinking when it never blinked before, and I'm not getting any connection on my secondary adapter.

Hi,
do that again (the association), but plug both into the same power strip, to see.
Afterward, it may be that one of the two is broken, but most of the time it comes from disruptions in the electrical installation.
