Problem on Dell OptiPlex 790

Hello everyone,

I have a problem with my Dell OptiPlex 790 desktop. As soon as I turn it on, it shuts down and restarts automatically after exactly 25 seconds, in a loop.

Here's what I've checked so far:

- The CPU fan spins normally and steadily.
- There is no visible error code (no orange light, no beeps).
- I plan to test the RAM sticks one by one after cleaning.

Does anyone have any idea where this problem could come from if the RAM test doesn't show anything? Could it be the power supply or the motherboard?
