DEVOLO 1200 malfunction

Hello,
Despite a reset with a paperclip, the home indicator is flashing red, while the Wi-Fi remains solid white; and this happens regardless of the power outlet chosen.
What should I do?
The 2nd Devolo purchased and installed at the same time is functioning normally.
