My problem is that I have a devolo 1200+, but the second adapter has a fixed red home light and the wifi is off, and when I try to reset it, it doesn't work. What should I do?

Hello,
try to re-pair the two powerline adapters, both plugged into a power strip.
If it works, try them in different outlets; if it doesn't work in the desired location, it's because the electrical network is too noisy, so you need to unplug chargers and power supplies that may be causing interference.
