Good evening,
I'm looking for a solution to adjust the screen. The problem is that when I connect my HDMI cable to my TV, I can’t see my taskbar and there's some detail missing on the sides.
The only way I've found is:
settings > system > screen resolution.
When I lower the resolution, I can see my taskbar.
But the quality takes a hit..
Do you have a solution for me!
Thanks for the answers in advance.

Good evening,
This distorting effect is perfectly normal. When it is connected to your PC, the image is duplicated on the TV, with the same characteristics as your PC screen (thus generally at a lower resolution).
If it is not necessary for you to see on both the PC and the TV, then use the key with the Windows logo (to be held down) and press the "P" key. A bar will appear on the right side of the screen.
Then use "Second screen only" and the magic will happen (the computer screen will be off, which is normal).
Another option is to use your TV as a second screen with the "Extend" option.
You will need to think "multi-screen" and imagine that the image on the TV is an extension of that of the computer, to its right.
You will thus need to slide the windows to the right edge of the PC screen to see what you move appear on the TV screen. -
Hello!
Thank you very much for your response; you are doing me a great service!
I would have never thought of that...
Thanks again!
