The PC is a Thomson THN14N120, Windows 10, 64 bits.
I have an unknown device (code 28), the hardware ID is ACPI\VEN_OBDA&DEV_8723 ACPI\OBDA8723 *OBDA8723

Download and install --> 7Zip 64 bits

Download this driver --> Realtek

Right-click on the driver --> bt_1009_....cab
Select --> 7Zip
Choose --> extract to "bt_1009_.....\"

Go to Device Manager
Right-click on the device
Update driver
Browse my computer for drivers
Choose from a list of drivers...
Have Disk
Browse
Go to the unzipped driver folder --> bt_1009_.....
Select the file --> rtkuart.inf and OK.
Restart.
