Hello,
I have the same problem as the others with the Realtek PCIe Family network card.
Please help me resolve this issue.
Here is my identification number:
PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_8136&SUBSYS_FF001179&REV_02
Running on Win7 32 bit

Go to Start
In the Search bar
Type --> devmgmt.msc and click OK.
Go to Network Adapters
Right-click on --> Realtek PCIe Family
Uninstall (including drivers)
Go to Start
Control Panel
Programs and Features
Uninstall --> Realtek Family Ethernet
Restart the PC
Try the Realtek driver again.
Install it manually.
