Hello,

I started updating my drivers on my Toshiba computer running Windows 10. I'm using the website Tous les drivers (https://www.touslesdrivers.com). This site offers automatic detection of drivers that need to be updated with a small program to download. I followed all the steps, but unfortunately, a problem remains with my audio driver. I currently have no audio driver, and I have tried all the audio drivers from Realtek, but none of them complete the installation; it shows me: [Error Code: 0x00000002]

    Hello
it is possible that it is just an audio chip managed by the motherboard

Windows 10 automatically retrieves the drivers it needs that "work"
there's no need to force the updates like with XP

it's a minimal Toshiba setup to keep costs down or to make a profit

only Win10 is not up to date

If Windows does it by itself, there’s still a problem because I no longer have any audio drivers at all and that wasn't the only one that was outdated.
I will try to update Windows.
      Thank you for your reply.
